Vector Stars

Okay, you’re going to need all this shit: a vector psd, a brush for the vector; I’m using stars, but you can use circles, flowers, dicks, etc.

Okay, select in between the rays where you want these to go, and make four layers for each of your colors. Pick whatever brush you’re wanting to use, for this tutorial i’m going to do stars. I made my star brush about 20px. Your size my vary on what your vector looks like, and what your brush is. Now on that first layer with your first color, stamp the brush rotating which side of the vector you’re adding it on. Continue to do this on each layer for each color. You should get something like this.

Now you can go ahead and just leave them like that or you can do any kind of editing you’d like to them, here are some examples for you to pick from:
this is just basic editing.
